- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Butter or oil for frying
- Maple syrup or honey
- Fresh fruits (banana, strawberry, blueberry)

- First of all, add flour, sugar, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to a large bowl.
