Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1 tbsp sugar
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  4. 1 tsp baking powder
  5. ½ tsp baking soda
  6. ¼ tsp salt
  7. 1 egg
  8. 1 cup milk
  9. 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
  10. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  11. Butter or oil for frying
  12. Maple syrup or honey
  13. Fresh fruits (banana, strawberry, blueberry)
  14. Ground cinnamon

Method: Fluffy Cinnamon Pancakes Recipe

  1. First of all, add flour, sugar, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to a large bowl.
  2. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps left.
  3. Now beat the egg in another bowl and add milk, melted butter, and vanilla essence to it.
  4. Now add all the dry ingredients kept in the first bowl slowly and mix gently.
