🔸 Ingredients:
- 500g Haakh (Collard Greens)
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 2-3 Green Chilies (slit)
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 cup Water
🔸 Instructions:
1️⃣ Wash the Haakh (collard greens) thoroughly and chop them.
2️⃣ Heat mustard oil in a pan until it smokes, then let it cool slightly.
3️⃣ Add asafoetida (hing) and green chilies, and sauté for a few seconds.
4️⃣ Add the Haakh and stir-fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
5️⃣ Pour in water and add salt. Cover and let it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6️⃣ Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy the authentic taste of Kashmir!
