- Potato
- Ginger
- Chilli
- Green coriander
- Green chilli
- Turmeric
- Salt
Method:
- Dry roast the Poha in a pan.
- Grind it finely after it cools down. It will be like Poha flour.
- Take raw potatoes. Peel them and cut them into pieces.
- Mix potato pieces, green chili, green coriander, cumin seeds, and turmeric in a mixer jar and press.
- After grinding, the potato will become watery and the mix will become wet.
- Put the potato mix in the Poha flour and add salt to it.
- Knead the Poha and potato mix together.
- If you feel that the water is less, then sprinkle some water and knead it well.
- Break small balls of dough and make a completely different potato paratha.
