- Onion (finely chopped) – 1
- Tomato (finely chopped) – 1

- Green chilli (finely chopped) – 1 (optional)
- Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
- Black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt – according to taste
- Butter or ghee – for frying

Method:
- 1First of all, beat the thick curd well in a bowl so that there are no lumps in it.
- Add onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli, green coriander, salt, and black pepper to the beaten curd and mix well.
- Take bread slices and spread the curd mixture on one side of them. If you want, you can cut the edge of the bread.
- Heat a non-stick tawa or pan on medium flame. Add some butter or ghee.
- Now, keep the curd-coated part of the bread on top and fry it from the bottom side. Then flip it gently and fry the curd part till it turns golden.
- Serve the prepared curd toast hot with your favorite chutney or tomato sauce.
