- Potatoes- 2 medium-sized (boiled)
- Tomatoes- 4-5 medium-sized, strong, and round tomatoes
- Cottage cheese- 1/2 cup (grated)
- Onion- 1/2 (finely chopped)
- Green chili- 1-2 (finely chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala- 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder- 1/2 teaspoon (according to taste)
- Salt- according to taste
- Oil- 2-3 tablespoons
- Green coriander- finely chopped

Method: Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe
- First of all, wash the tomatoes thoroughly, now cut its top part off with a knife and keep it aside.
- Now, with the help of a small spoon, carefully take out the pulp inside the tomato. Keep in mind that the tomato does not burst.
- Now heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and green chilies and fry till light pink.
- Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few seconds.
- Add turmeric, coriander, red chili, and salt, and mix well.
- Mash boiled potatoes and add them, and also add paneer.
- Fry it for 2-3 minutes so that the spices mix well.
- Finally, add garam masala and green coriander and mix and let the stuffing cool.
- Now, carefully fill the prepared stuffing inside the tomatoes.
- Press the stuffing a little and fill it so that there is no space in the tomato.
- Now cover the tomatoes with their cut lids.
- After this, heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan.
- Place the stuffed tomatoes in the pan and reduce the flame.
- Cover the pan and keep turning the tomatoes every 2-3 minutes, so that they get cooked well from all sides and their color becomes dark.
- Cook the tomatoes until they become soft.
- When the tomatoes are completely cooked, turn off the gas.
