  7. Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
  8. Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
  9. Gram flour – 1 cup
  10. Turmeric – 1/4 tsp

  12. Celery – 1/2 tsp
  13. Salt – according to taste
  14. Water – about 3/4 cup (for making the batter)
  15. Bread slices – 8 (2-2 will make 4 pakodas)

Method: Crispy Bread Pakora Recipe

  1. Now combine the celery, red chile, turmeric, and salt with the gram flour.
  2. Prepare a thick but smooth batter by adding water little by little.
  3. Mash the boiled potatoes. Add green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, red chillies, salt, dried mango powder, and garam masala and mix thoroughly.
