  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Half a cup of wheat flour
  3. Salt
  4. Water
  5. Oil
  6. Eggs 4
  7. 2 onions, finely chopped
  8. 1 tomato, finely chopped
  9. Green chilli
  10. Chopped coriander leaves
  11. Chat masala 1 tsp
  12. Black pepper, half tsp
  13. Tomato sauce
  14. Green chutney or mayonnaise

Method: Crispy Homemade Egg Rolls

  1. First, prepare a soft dough by combining maida, wheat flour, and a small amount of salt. Set it aside for some time.
  2. Now roll out medium-sized parathas.
  3. Apply a little oil on the pan and fry it on both sides, and keep it aside.
  4. Now break 4 eggs in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, green chilli, and a little coriander, and beat them well.
  5. Place a paratha on the pan after adding the beaten egg and a little oil. To ensure the egg adheres to the paratha, gently press. At this point, flip it over and cook it from the opposite side.
  6. After this, add onion, tomato, chaat masala, sauce or chutney, and mayonnaise to the egg paratha. After this, add green coriander.
  7. Now wrap the egg paratha like a roll.
  8. Wrap the roll in paper or foil from the middle and serve.
