  1. Okra 250g
  2. Two cups of yogurt
  3. Besan 1 tbsp
  4. Oil for frying
  5. Green chilies A finely chopped
  6. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder ½ tsp.
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Green Coriander

Crispy Bhindi Raita Recipe: Method

  1. First, wash and dry the okra thoroughly.
  2. Now cut into thin slices.
  3. Next, heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Sprinkle the okra lightly with besan and salt if desired.
  5. Then fry on medium heat until crispy.
  6. Now whisk the yogurt in a bowl.
  7. Add salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, and green chillies.
  8. Now add the fried okra to the yogurt and mix with light hands.
  9. Top with green coriander.
  10. Serve it chilled with roti, paratha, or pulao.

  1. Two cups of fresh spinach
  2. Ginger 1 piece small
  3. Lemon juice 1 tsp.
  4. Roasted cumin powder ½ tsp.
  5. Black salt to taste
  6. Water as needed
  7. Mint leaves to taste
  8. Apples or cucumbers
  9. Honey 1 teaspoon

Method :

  1. To make creamy spinach juice, first wash the spinach thoroughly.
  2. Now chop the spinach into coarse pieces.
  3. After that, also cut the apple or the cucumber.
  4. Now add the chopped spinach, ginger, mint leaves, apple or cucumber, and about 1 cup of water to a blender jar and blend.
  5. Now strain the juice.
  6. Add lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, and black salt and mix well.
