Method:
- Firstly, take wheat flour and add some salt to it, and knead a soft dough with the help of water.
- Keep it covered for 15-20 minutes so that the dough sets.
- Now, take boiled sweet corn in a large bowl. If the corn is whole, then mash it lightly.
- Now add grated cheese, finely chopped onion (if using), green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt and mix well.
- Take a small dough ball and roll it lightly. Place a tablespoon of prepared stuffing in its center.
- Lift the dough ball from all sides and close the stuffing properly so that it does not come out.
- Now roll this stuffed dough ball again lightly in the shape of a round paratha. Keep in mind that it should not be too thin, otherwise it may tear.
- Heat a pan. When the pan is hot, put the rolled paratha on it. Turn it over when one side is lightly cooked on a medium flame.
- Now, apply ghee or oil on the other side and turn it again. Apply ghee on the first side as well and cook on both sides till it becomes golden brown and crispy. Your hot corn cheese paratha is ready.
