Mix Veg Soup Recipe: Ingredients
- One carrot, finely chopped
- Beans finely chopped
- Capsicum finely chopped
- Cabbage finely chopped
- Green peas
- Sweet corn
- One onion, finely chopped
- Garlic three cloves
- One-inch piece of ginger, finely chopped
- Green onion
- Two teaspoons of butter or oil
- Water about one liter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Corn flour, one tablespoon
- Vinegar one teaspoon

Method:
- To begin, carefully wash and finely cut all of the vegetables.
- Now heat butter or oil in a large pan.
- Add finely chopped garlic and ginger and cook till light golden.
- Now add chopped onion and fry.
- Add all the vegetables and stir fry on high flame for two minutes.
- After this, add water and salt and mix well until the vegetables become a little soft.
- Now prepare a solution by mixing corn flour with half a cup of water in a small bowl.
- When the vegetables are cooked, add the corn flour solution to the soup slowly and keep stirring continuously so that lumps do not form.
- Now boil for two to three minutes more until it becomes a little thick.
- Now add black pepper powder, vinegar, and soya sauce and mix well.
- Turn off the gas. Serve hot, garnished with finely chopped green onions.
