🛒 Ingredients

🧀 For Paneer

  1. 1.250g paneer cubes
  2. 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  3. ½ tsp turmeric
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tbsp curd

  1. 2 onions, roughly chopped
  2. 3 tomatoes, roughly chopped
  3. 10 cashews
  4. 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  5. 2 green chilies

  1. 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  2. 1 tsp coriander powder
  3. ½ tsp cumin powder
  4. ½ tsp garam masala
  5. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  6. Salt to taste

  1. 2 tbsp butter
  2. 1 tbsp fresh cream

  1. 1 small piece of charcoal
  2. 1 tsp ghee

Street Style Paneer Angara –  Method

🔥 Step 1: Prepare the Gravy Base

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil.
  2. Sauté onions, tomatoes, cashews, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste.
  3. Cook until soft.
  4. Cool completely and blend into a smooth paste.

🍅 Step 2: Cook the Masala

  1. Heat butter in a kadai.
  2. Add the prepared paste.
  3. Cook for 8–10 minutes until the oil separates.
