Ingredients: Masala Chicken Fry Recipe
- 500 grams chicken, chopped into pieces
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- Coriander leaves, finely chopped (for garnish)
- A little lemon juice

Method:
- Put the chicken pieces in a large bowl.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, la and salt.
- After thoroughly mixing, let it marinate for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add finely chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
- Add marinated chicken and mix well.
- Cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes or till the chicken is cooked.
- If required, add some water so that the masala does not burn.
- When the chicken is cooked, increase the flame and fry the chicken till it becomes crispy.
- Stir occasionally so that the chicken gets fried evenly on all sides.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Serve hot.
