Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup boiled sweet corn
  2. 1 small potato
  3. 1 small onion
  4. 1 small tomato
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 2-3 tbsp coriander leaves
  7. 1/2 tsp black salt
  8. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  11. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  12. 1/4 cup sev
  13. 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  14. 2 tbsp green chutney

Sweet Corn Chaat Recipe: Method

  1. First of all, boil the sweet corn in a pressure cooker or pan by adding some salt. If you are using frozen corn, soak it in hot water for 2-3 minutes and then drain the water.
  2. After this, boil the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  3. Now finely chop the onion, tomato, coriander leaves, and green chillies.
  4. After this, add boiled sweet corn, chopped potatoes, onion, tomato, and green chillies in a large bowl.
  5. Now add black salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, and lemon juice and mix well.
  6. If you want, you can also add some tamarind chutney and green chutney to it.
  7. Take out the chaat in a serving bowl and add chopped coriander leaves and sev on top.
  8. Sweet corn chaat is ready. Serve it hot immediately.
