Ingredients:
- Paneer – 400 grams (cut into cubes)
- Cornflour – 4 tablespoons
- Flour – 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt – according to taste
- Water – as required (for making batter)
- Oil – for frying
- Onion – 1 medium (cut into squares)
- Capsicum – 1 medium (red, yellow, or green, cut into squares)
- Green chillies – 2 (long chopped)
- Ginger-garlic – 1 tablespoon (chopped or minced)

Method:
- Prepare a thick batter by adding cornflour, flour, salt, black pepper, and some water in a bowl.
- Now dip the paneer pieces in this batter and fry them in hot oil till they become golden brown.
- Take out the fried paneer on tissue paper. Take it.
- Now heat some oil in a wok or pan.
- Add green chillies, ginger-garlic, and fry lightly.
- Now add onion and capsicum and fry on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add all the sausages (soy, chilli, ketchup) and vinegar. Add salt and black pepper as per taste.
- Now add fried paneer and mix well.
- If you want gravy, then add 1 cup water and 1 tsp cornflour (dissolved in water) and cook for 2 minutes.
- If you want it dry, then serve it as it is.
- Now add green onions on top and serve hot.
