Ingredients:

  1. Paneer – 400 grams (cut into cubes)
  2. Cornflour – 4 tablespoons
  3. Flour – 2 tablespoons
  4. Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Salt – according to taste
  6. Water – as required (for making batter)
  7. Oil – for frying
  8. Onion – 1 medium (cut into squares)
  9. Capsicum – 1 medium (red, yellow, or green, cut into squares)
  10. Green chillies – 2 (long chopped)
  11. Ginger-garlic – 1 tablespoon (chopped or minced)

Method:

  1. Prepare a thick batter by adding cornflour, flour, salt, black pepper, and some water in a bowl.
  2. Now dip the paneer pieces in this batter and fry them in hot oil till they become golden brown.
  3. Take out the fried paneer on tissue paper. Take it.
  4. Now heat some oil in a wok or pan.
  5. Add green chillies, ginger-garlic, and fry lightly.
  6. Now add onion and capsicum and fry on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Now add all the sausages (soy, chilli, ketchup) and vinegar. Add salt and black pepper as per taste.
  8. Now add fried paneer and mix well.
  9. If you want gravy, then add 1 cup water and 1 tsp cornflour (dissolved in water) and cook for 2 minutes.
  10. If you want it dry, then serve it as it is.
  11. Now add green onions on top and serve hot.
