  1. Paneer 300 grams, cut into cubes
  2. Curd, half cu,p whipped
  3. Onion, two finely chopped
  4. Puree of two tomatoes
  5. Green chilli, finely chopped
  6. Ginger-garlic paste, one tablespoon
  7. Oil three tablespoons
  8. Cumin half teaspoon
  9. Turmeric one one-fourth teaspoon
  10. Red chilli powder, one teaspoon
  11. Coriander powder, one teaspoon
  12. Garam masala, half a teaspoon
  13. Kasuri methi, one teaspoon
  14. Salt according to taste
  15. Green coriander for garnishing

Method:

  1. To make Paneer Lahori, first heat oil in a pan.
  2. After this, add cumin seeds to it and fry lightly.
  3. Now add the onion and fry it till it turns golden.
  4. Then add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
  5. Fry it for at least two minutes.
  6. Now add tomato puree and cook till the oil starts separating.
  7. Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, and salt, and fry the masala well.
  8. After this, add whipped curd to the masala and stir it. Let it cook on low flame for two to three minutes.
  9. After this, add paneer pieces and mix them well in the gravy.
  10. Now add kasuri methi and garam masala on top and mix it.
  11. Let it cook on low flame for four to five minutes.
  12. Now turn off the gas and serve it by garnishing it with green coriander.
  13. You can serve it with paratha or naan.
  14. These taste delicious with rice too.
