- Paneer 300 grams, cut into cubes
- Curd, half cu,p whipped
- Onion, two finely chopped
- Puree of two tomatoes
- Green chilli, finely chopped
- Ginger-garlic paste, one tablespoon
- Oil three tablespoons
- Cumin half teaspoon
- Turmeric one one-fourth teaspoon
- Red chilli powder, one teaspoon
- Coriander powder, one teaspoon
- Garam masala, half a teaspoon
- Kasuri methi, one teaspoon
- Salt according to taste
- Green coriander for garnishing

Method:
- To make Paneer Lahori, first heat oil in a pan.
- After this, add cumin seeds to it and fry lightly.
- Now add the onion and fry it till it turns golden.
- Then add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
- Fry it for at least two minutes.
- Now add tomato puree and cook till the oil starts separating.
- Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, and salt, and fry the masala well.
- After this, add whipped curd to the masala and stir it. Let it cook on low flame for two to three minutes.
- After this, add paneer pieces and mix them well in the gravy.
- Now add kasuri methi and garam masala on top and mix it.
- Let it cook on low flame for four to five minutes.
- Now turn off the gas and serve it by garnishing it with green coriander.
- You can serve it with paratha or naan.
