Street Style Paneer Angara Recipe | Smoky, Spicy & Better Than Restaurant
Paneer Angara is one of the most flavorful and smoky paneer dishes served in Indian restaurants and dhabas. The word “Angara” means burning charcoal, and that’s exactly what gives this dish its signature smoky aroma.
Made with soft paneer cubes, roasted spices, creamy tomato gravy, and a charcoal smoke finish, this recipe delivers bold flavors that taste like they came straight from a tandoor kitchen.
