Method: Chili Garlic Paratha Recipe

  1. First of all, mix wheat flour and salt in a large vessel and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough for 15 to 20 minutes to allow it to firm properly.
  2. In a bowl, add finely chopped garlic, green chilies, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, salt, and 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee, and mix well.
  3. Now take a dough ball and roll it a little. Then, place the prepared stuffing in the center of it.
  4. Lift the dough from all sides and close it, like we make potato paratha. Keep in mind that the stuffing should not be removed.
  5. Now roll it lightly in a round shape or the shape of your choice. Do not make it too thin.
  6. Place the rolled paratha on a hot pan. Cook on a medium flame till one side becomes light golden.
  7. Now turn the paratha over and continue cooking it until it turns brown on the other side as well.. Apply oil or ghee on both sides and cook till it becomes crispy.
  8. Now serve hot chilli garlic paratha with curd, pickle, chutney, or any of your favorite vegetables.
