- Wheat flour – 2 cups

- Water – for kneading

- Boiled potatoes – 3-4 (medium size)
- Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
- Green chili – 1-2 (finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons (chopped)
- Ginger – half teaspoon (grated)
- Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
- Dry mango powder or lemon juice – according to taste
- Salt – according to taste

Method: Make Aloo-Pyaz Paratha
- First of all, put wheat flour, some salt, and oil in a vessel.
- Knead a soft dough by adding water little by little.
- Keep it covered for 10-15 minutes.
- After this, mash the boiled potatoes.
- Add finely chopped onion, green chili, ginger, coriander, and all the spices to it.
