Ingredients:

  1. Wheat flour – 2 cups
  2. A little salt
  3. Water – for kneading
  4. 1 teaspoon oil (to make it soft)
  5. Boiled potatoes – 3-4 (medium size)
  6. Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  7. Green chili – 1-2 (finely chopped)
  8. Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons (chopped)
  9. Ginger – half teaspoon (grated)
  10. Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Dry mango powder or lemon juice – according to taste
  13. Salt – according to taste

Method: Make Aloo-Pyaz Paratha

  1. First of all, put wheat flour, some salt, and oil in a vessel.
  2. Knead a soft dough by adding water little by little.
  3. Keep it covered for 10-15 minutes.
  4. After this, mash the boiled potatoes.
  5. Add finely chopped onion, green chili, ginger, coriander, and all the spices to it.
  6. To ensure that the stuffing is prepared equally, thoroughly mix everything.
  7. Then take a small ball of dough and roll it lightly with a rolling pin.
  8. Place 1-2 spoons of stuffing in the center and make a ball by folding from the edges.
  9. Now roll it slowly and make sure that the stuffing does not come out.
