Paneer-Corn Sandwich Recipe: Ingredients

  1. 8 brown/white bread slices
  2. 1 cup paneer
  3. ½ cup sweet corn
  4. 1 small onion
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  7. ½ tsp black pepper powder
  8. ½ tsp chaat masala
  9. ½ tsp salt
  10. 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  11. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  12. 1 tbsp butter
  13. ½ cup capsicum
  14. ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  15. 1 tbsp mint chutney

Method:

  1. Add grated paneer, boiled corn, chopped onion, green chilli, and coriander leaves in a large bowl.
  2. Now add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and salt, and mix well.
  3. If you want, you can also add capsicum or mint chutney to it.
  4. After this, take bread slices and flatten them by pressing them lightly.
  5. Now spread the cheese-corn filling on one slice and cover it with another slice.
  6. Apply a little butter in a sandwich maker or toaster and fry the sandwich till it becomes golden brown.
  7. If you do not have a sandwich maker, then apply butter on the pan and fry the sandwich till it becomes crispy on both sides.
  8. Cut the hot sandwich into a triangle shape.
  9. Serve it with tomato ketchup, green chutney, or sauce.
