Step-by-Step Recipe:
Step 1: Roast the Rava
Dry roast 1 cup of rava in a pan on medium heat for 4–5 minutes until it gives a nice aroma. Allow it to cool slightly. Roasting helps prevent the idlis from becoming sticky and ensures fluffiness.
Step 2: Prepare the Batter
