Achari Paneer Recipe: Ingredients
- 250 grams paneer
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1-inch ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon nigella seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 cup curd
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped coriander leaves

Method:
- First of all, put fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, nigella seeds, and fennel seeds in a pan and fry them on low flame.
- When the spices start crackling, turn off the gas and let the spices cool down.
- After cooling, grind the spices coarsely in a mixer.
- After doing this, cut the paneer into one-inch pieces.
- Grind tomatoes, onion, ginger, and green chilies in a mixer and make a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry achari masala in it.
- When the spices are roasted, add tomato-onion paste and fry it.
- When the masala starts leaving oil, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder and fry it.
- Add curd, mix well, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add paneer pieces, mix well,l and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add garam masala and salt and mix it.
- Then garnish with green coriander.
