Crispy Bhindi Raita Recipe: Method
- First, wash and dry the okra thoroughly.
- Now cut into thin slices.
- Next, heat the oil in a pan.
- Sprinkle the okra lightly with besan and salt if desired.
- Then fry on medium heat until crispy.
- Now whisk the yogurt in a bowl.
- Add salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, and green chillies.
- Now add the fried okra to the yogurt and mix with light hands.
- Top with green coriander.
- Serve it chilled with roti, paratha, or pulao.

Method :
- To make creamy spinach juice, first wash the spinach thoroughly.
- Now chop the spinach into coarse pieces.
- After that, also cut the apple or the cucumber.
- Now add the chopped spinach, ginger, mint leaves, apple or cucumber, and about 1 cup of water to a blender jar and blend.
- Now strain the juice.
- Add lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, and black salt and mix well.
