Method: Refreshing Mango and Mint Chutney Recipe

  1. First, thoroughly wash the raw mango, mint leaves, and coriander leaves.
  2. Peel the mango and chop it into thick pieces. Chop green chillies and ginger into thick pieces.
  3. In a blender or food processor, add chopped raw mangoes, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, cumin powder, black salt, common salt, and 1-2 tbsp.
  4. Blend all of the ingredients until you have a smooth chutney.
  5. After tasting the chutney, adjust the amount of salt, black salt, and green chilies to your liking.
  6. You can offset the sourness of the mangoes by adding some sugar or jaggery if they are excessively sour.
  7. If the chutney is too thick, add some more water and blend again till you get the desired consistency.
