- Then fry the lentils till they turn light golden, and now add curry leaves, green chilies, and ginger and fry for a few more seconds.
- After doing this, add finely chopped onion and roast it till it turns golden.
- Now add peas and carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes so that they become a little soft.
- After this, add water and salt to it and wait for it to come to a boil.
- Now lower the heat and gradually add the toasted rava, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- Then cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on a low flame for 5-7 minutes.
- Do not remove the lid from the pan until the rava absorbs all the water and swells.
- After this, ultimately switch off the stove and add lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves to it.
