Ingredients: Crispy Cauliflower 65 Recipe
- Gram flour
- Rice flour
- Ginger garlic paste
- Garam masala powder
- Black pepper powder
- Red chilli powder

Method:
- Mix corn flour in ¼ cup gram flour.
- Then add 3 tablespoons rice flour or wheat flour, ½ tablespoon salt, 1½ ginger garlic paste, ½ teaspoon garam masala, ¼ black pepper powder and mix.
- Chop two cups of cauliflower and blanch it in hot water.
- In a small bowl, mix one tablespoon red chili powder with oil and a few drops of water and prepare a paste.
- Add this to the flour paste. This will give a bright red color which looks very tasty and beautiful.
- Keep mixing by adding water and prepare a thick paste.
- Add blanched cauliflower to this bowl.
- Mix well so that the paste or batter gets well coated on each cauliflower floret.
- Fry all the cauliflower florets one by one.
- Sprinkle finely chopped green garlic and coriander leaves.
- Serve with sauce or green chutney.
