Method:
- To make spinach paratha, first wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it finely.
- If you want, you can also make a puree by boiling the spinach a little.
- Now after this, take wheat flour in a large vessel and add chopped spinach, all the whole and ground spices, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and salt.
- Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough. Keep in mind that spinach also releases water, so add water carefully.
- You can also add a little ghee while kneading the dough. This also adds crispness to the paratha.
- After kneading the dough, cover it and keep it for 15 minutes. This sets the dough well and makes it easier to make parathas.
- After the dough is set, make small balls of dough. Take one ball and roll it in a round shape with a rolling pin
- . If you want, you can roll the paratha in a triangle shape. Keep in mind not to make the paratha too thin while rolling it.
- Now heat the pan and apply a little oil on it. Place the paratha on the pan and fry it on both sides until it turns golden.
- If you want, you can also use ghee or butter, this will enhance the taste of the parathas.
- Hot spinach paratha is ready. Serve the paratha with curd, butter, pickle, or chutney.
