Ingredients: Paneer Fried Rice Recipe

  1. 1 cup basmati rice (boiled)
  2. 100 grams paneer (cut into small pieces)
  3. 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, capsicum)
  4. 1 onion (chopped)
  5. 1 tomato (chopped)
  6. 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  7. 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  10. 1 teaspoon oil
  11. Salt according to taste
  12. Green coriander (for garnishing)

Method:

  1. To make paneer fried rice, first wash the basmati rice thoroughly and boil it, and add a little turmeric in the water so that the color of the rice becomes light yellow. Then strain the rice and keep it aside.
  2. After this, heat some oil in a pan and add paneer pieces in it and fry it lightly. Fry the paneer till it becomes crispy, then keep it aside.
  3. Now add some more oil in the same pan and add onion, tomato, mixed vegetables and fry it well. After this, add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few minutes.
  4. Then when the vegetables are fried well, add soy sauce, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  5. Now add boiled rice and fried paneer pieces and mix well. Fry this entire mixture lightly on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  6. After this, garnish the paneer fried rice with green coriander and serve hot.
