  13. Green Coriander
  14. Water

Method :

  1. First, wash the banana peels thoroughly.
  2. Now, cut off the tough parts at the top and bottom of the peels.
  3. Now, lightly scrape off the outer green or yellow thin layer of the peels. Mind you, do not peel completely.
  4. Now, cut the peels into small pieces.
  5. Put them in water.
  6. Now heat water in a pot and add sliced ​​banana peels and a little salt, and bring to a boil.
  7. After that, keep these peels apart from the water.
  8. Now heat a pan of oil.
  9. Now add cumin to it.
  10. Next, add chopped onions and green chilies and fry until golden.
  11. Now add the ginger-garlic paste and fry.
  12. Add chopped tomatoes and let them cook.
  13. Now add all the spices and salt and mix well.
  14. Then cook them until they release the oil.
  15. Now add the boiled banana peels and mix so that the spices adhere well to the peels.
  16. Add a little water as needed.
  17. Cook them until they are tender.
  18. Garnish it with green coriander and serve hot.
