Ingredients: Crispy Homemade Samosas
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp oil (for kneading)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp carom seeds
- Water as required
- 4 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- ½ cup green peas (boiled)
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- ½ tsp dry mango powder
- Salt to taste

Method:
- Add all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, and oil in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add water slowly and knead a stiff dough. After this, keep it covered for 20 minutes.
- Now heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and fry it, then add green peas and fry lightly.
- Now add mashed potatoes and all the spices and mix well.
- After cooking for two minutes, turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down.
- After this, make small balls of the kneaded dough and roll them, and cut them into crescent shapes.
- Give it a cone shape and fill it with the prepared potato stuffing, and seal the edges properly.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas on medium flame till they become golden and crispy.
- Serve hot samosas with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
- It tastes even better with tea.
