Restaurant-Style Garlic Naan: Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp oil
- 3-4 tsp milk (as required)
- 4-5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Method:
- To make restaurant-style garlic naan, first of all, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add curd and oil and mix gently.
- Add milk as per requirement and prepare a soft and smooth dough.
- Grease it lightly with oil and cover and keep it for 2 hours.
- Melt butter in a pan add finely chopped garlic and fry till it turns light golden.
- Turn off the gas add coriander leaves and mix.
- Divide the dough into 4-5 parts and make round balls.
