How to Make Mixed Veg pakoras: Ingredients

  1. Vegetables
  2. 2 long thinly sliced ​​onions
  3. Finely chopped half cabbage
  4. 8-10 beans
  5. 1 capsicum
  6. 100 grams of green peas
  7. Sweet corn
  8. Cabbage
  9. Grated potatoes
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. Salt
  12. Oil for frying

  2. Ginger paste
  3. Celery
  4. Kasuri methi
  5. Turmeric
  6. Garam masala
  7. Dry mango powder
  8. Red chili powder
  9. Black pepper powder
  10. Cumin powder
  11. Gram flour
  12. Rice flour

Method:

  1. First of all, put all the vegetables in a large bowl and mix them well together.
  2. When salt is added, water will come out of these vegetables. Squeeze it out well.
  3. Add curry leaves, ginger paste, celery, kasuri methi, turmeric, garam masala, dry mango powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and cumin powder, and mix.
  4. Add gram flour and rice flour to the mixture. Mix the gram flour well in the moisture of the vegetables without adding water. If the mixture looks dry, sprinkle a few drops of water with your hand.
  5. The veg pakora mixture is ready.
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Grease your hands take small pieces from the prepared mixture and put the pakoras in the pan.
  7. Fry till they become golden crispy.
  8. Serve with green chutney or sauce.
