- Raw papaya – 1 cup (grated)
- Jaggery – 2 tbsp (for sweetness)
- Tamarind paste – 1 tbsp (for sourness)

- Salt – according to taste
- Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Water – ½ cup
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp

Method: Sweet and Sour Papaya Chutney
- To make papaya chutney, first boil the grated papaya lightly, so that it becomes a little soft.
- After this, cook it on low flame for 5 minutes and strain it.
- Now heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it.
- As soon as the mustard starts crackling, add boiled papaya to it.
- Now add jaggery and tamarind paste to it and mix well.
