Ingredients: Spicy Garlic Chutney Recipe

  1. Garlic cloves – 1 cup (peeled)
  2. Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup (chopped)
  3. Green chillies – 4-5 (according to taste)
  4. Lemon juice – 2-3 teaspoons
  5. Roasted cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
  6. Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Normal salt – according to taste
  8. Water – 1-2 teaspoons (for grinding)

Method:

  1. First of all, peel the garlic cloves and wash them thoroughly.
  2. Also, wash the coriander leaves in water and chop them finely. Wash and clean the green chillies as well.
  3. Now, grind garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves, and some water in a mixer grinder.
  4. There is no need to grind the chutney very finely; grinding it a little coarsely keeps its texture good.
  5. Now add lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and normal salt, and grind it once again.
  6. Take out the chutney in a bowl.
  7. Chutney should be kept in an airtight container and put in the refrigerator.
  8. You can serve this chutney with dal-rice, pakodas, samosas, parathas, or any other food.
