Ingredients: Tea-Time Delight
- 200 grams boneless chicken (boiled and finely chopped)
- 1 cup carrots (grated)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- ½ cup oats (roasted and ground)
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 boiled potato (mashed)
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil

Method:
- To make it, first of all add boiled chicken, grated carrot, finely chopped onion and green chillies in a large bowl.
- After this, add mashed potato, oats, bread crumbs and cornflour and mix well, so that the cutlets can bind well.
- Now add ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, chaat masala, red chilli, garam masala, green coriander, and salt and mix well.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes. After this, make small round or oval-shaped cutlets from this prepared mixture.
- On one side, heat some oil in a pan and wrap bread crumbs on the prepared cutlet and put it in the pan and shallow fry on low flame till it becomes golden and crispy from both sides.
- After frying well, serve them hot with coriander-mint chutney or tomato sauce and tea.
