  1. Almonds – 20 (soaked overnight)
  2. Milk – one liter
  3. Sugar or honey – 4 tablespoons
  4. Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Saffron – 4-5 strands
  6. Ice cubes

Method:

  1. Peel the almonds soaked overnight and grind them by adding some milk to the mixer.
  2. Now, cook the milk for five to seven minutes over low heat.
  3. Add saffron strands to it as well.
  4. Now keep the milk aside to cool. When it cools down, put it in the mixer.
  5. Add cardamom powder, sugar or honey, ground almonds, and ice.
  6. Add the shake to the mixer and blend for one to two minutes, or until it is creamy and foamy.
  7. The almond shake is prepared. Transfer to a glass, sprinkle with chopped pistachios or almonds, and serve.
  8. To make a thicker shake, reduce the milk or add some cashews and dates.
  9. If you want a healthy option, use honey or dates instead of sugar.
