Ingredients: Crispy Dhaba Style Bhindi Fry Recipe

  1. 250 grams Bhindi (finely chopped long)
  2. 2 tablespoons gram flour (gram flour)
  3. 1 tablespoon rice flour (to make it more crispy)
  4. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  5. ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  6. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  7. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  8. ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  9. ½ teaspoon dry mango powder
  10. 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for frying

Method:

  1. First of all, wash the bhindi thoroughly and dry it.
  2. Cut it long and thin, so that it becomes crispy well when fried.
  3. Then put the chopped bhindi in a large bowl.
  4. Add gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, dry mango powder, kasuri methi and salt.
  5. Mix all these things well so that the spices are well coated on the bhindi.
  6. After this, heat oil in a pan.
  7. When the oil is well heated, add bhindi on low flame and fry till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  8. When the bhindi becomes crispy, take it out and place it on a tissue paper so that the extra oil drains out.
  9. Now sprinkle some chaat masala on top and serve with hot parathas or roti.
  10. Then serve it with green chutney or curd.
  11. If you want to make it like bhindi chaat, then you can add chopped onion, green coriander, and lemon juice on top.
  12. It also tastes great with dal-rice, roti-vegetable.
