Method:

  1. Firstly, in a bowl, add grated paneer, finely chopped onion, green chilli, grated ginger, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, dry mango powder (or lemon juice), coriander leaves, and salt.
  2. After this, mix all the ingredients well. Make sure that the paneer is mixed well.
  3. If you do not have pre-made rotis, you can also make fresh rotis.
  4. Warm the rotis slightly so that they are soft and easy to roll.
  5. Take a warm roti, place 2-3 tablespoons of paneer mixture in its center.
  6. Give the roti the shape of a roll by folding it from the sides. If you want, you can keep it open or close it with a toothpick.
  7. Then heat a tawa or pan and pour some oil into it. Place the prepared paneer roll on the tawa and fry it on both sides till it becomes golden brown.
  8. Make sure to fry it on low flame so that the paneer mixture also gets heated from inside. If you want, you can also shallow fry it using less oil.
  9. Serve the hot, delicious paneer roll with green chutney or tomato ketchup and enjoy this delicious snack.
