Ingredients: Homemade Tacos Recipe
For taco shells
- Maida- 1 cup
- Maize flour- ½ cup
- Salt- according to taste
- Oil- 2 tsp (for kneading)
- Water- as per need
- Oil for frying
For filling
1. One cup of cooked rajma, boiled chickpeas, or soy granules
2. Chopped capsicum- ½ cup
3. Chopped onion- ½ cup
4. Chopped tomato- ½ cup
5. Boiled potatoes (mashed)

Method:
- Mix maida, maize flour, salt, and 2 tsp oil and knead a little hard dough.
- Keep it covered for 10-15 minutes.
- Now, make small balls of dough and roll them like small puris.
- Fry in hot oil on medium flame till both sides are golden.
- While frying, fold it with tongs to form a taco shape (U shape).
- Take out the prepared shells on tissue paper.
- Now heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan. Do it.
- Fry the onion and capsicum till they become soft.
- After this, add boiled rajma, tomatoes, and spices (salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala).
- Fry for 3 to 4 minutes and then turn off the gas.
- If you want, you can thicken the filling by adding some mashed potatoes.
- Now mix the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, and mustard sauce well in a bowl.
- This creamy sauce-type dressing will be ready.
- After this, take the prepared taco shell.
- First of all, keep some lettuce or salad leaves.
- Then keep 2-3 spoons of filling. Put the dressing on top.
- After this, spread the grated cheese.
