Smoky & Creamy Afghani Chaap: This dish is prepared from soya chaap. It has a great mixture of curd and spices.
- First of all, boil the soya chaap lightly so that it gets cooked inside. Then cut it into pieces and separate it from the stick.
- Now add curd, cream, malai, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, green chili paste, kasuri methi, garam masala, black pepper powder,r and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Now add soya chaap and keep it marinating for 30-40 minutes.
- After this, heat some butter or oil in a pan and fry the marinated chaap on low flame.
- If you want smoky flavor, then burn a small coal. Add ghee to it, let it smoke, place it in the bowl of the chaap, and cover it immediately.
- Serve the prepared Afghani chaap hot with green chutney, onion,n and lemon.
- Remember to add some coriander leaves as a garnish.

Method:
- First of all, heat ghee in a pan.
- Add jaggery to it and stir it till it melts.
- Add a pinch of baking soda, then immediately add the roasted makhana and mix.
