For dumplings
- Besan one cup
- Onion a finely chopped
- Green chilies A finely chopped
- Celery ½ tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying
- For curry
- Besan, half a cup
- Yogurt 1.5 cups
- turmeric ½ tsp.
- red chili powder 1 tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Water three to four cups
For breakfast
- Rye ½ teaspoon
- Cumin, half a teaspoon
- Whole red pepper
- A pinch of asparagus
- Fenugreek seeds 1/4 teaspoon
- Curry Leaf
- Oil 1 tablespoon
Best Kadhi Pakora Recipe: Method
- First, combine a cup of besan, chopped onion, green chillies, celery, and salt in a bowl.
- Prepare a thick solution by adding water little by little.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry the dumplings in small balls.
- In a large bowl, whisk half a cup of besan and 1.5 cups of yogurt well.
- After that, add turmeric, red chilli, salt, and four cups of water to make a diluted solution.
- Now put it in a deep pot over medium heat.
- Stir constantly until it comes to a boil.
- When this solution cooks, heat a tablespoon of oil in a small pan.
- Add rye, cumin, asparagus, red chilli, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves and let them stick.
- Now mix it in the curry.
- Then add the dumplings to the curry and let them cook for five minutes.
- After that, turn off the gas and keep the lid on for a while.
- Serve it with rice.
- Garnish with green cilantro on top.
