Ingredients: Holi Special Thandai Recipe
- Milk: 1 liter
- Almonds: 25 grams
- Cashews: 25 grams
- Pistachios: 25 grams
- Melon seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Poppy seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Fennel: 1 teaspoon
- Green cardamom: 4-5
- Black pepper: 4-5
- Sugar: according to taste
- Saffron: a few threads
- Rose petals: for decoration

Method:
- First of all, soak the almonds in hot water for 10 minutes. After this, remove the peel of the almonds.
- Now, soak the cashews, pistachios, melon seeds and poppy seeds in water for 10 minutes.
- After this, grind the fennel, green cardamom and black pepper finely.
- Now, add almonds, cashews, pistachios, melon seeds, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, green cardamom and black pepper in a blender and grind them well.
- Boil the milk and add sugar to it and mix it well.
