Crispy Bread Patties: Ingredients
- Bread – 810 slices
- Potatoes – 34 (boiled)
- Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
- Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Dry mango powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Oil – for frying

Method:
- First of all, mash the boiled potatoes well.
- Place cumin seeds in a pan with hot oil.
- Now add chopped onion, green chilli, and ginger-garlic paste and fry lightly.
- Then add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, and salt and mix.
- Now add mashed potatoes and mix well, and cook for 20 minutes.
- After this, turn off the gas and add coriander leaves and let it cool.
- Make the edges of the bread slices soft by wetting them slightly.
- Now place a bread slice on a rolling board and flatten it with a rolling pin.
- Put the prepared potato in the middle and close it from all sides.
- Give it a round shape with the help of the palm and press lightly. Prepare all the bread patties in the same way.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the bread patties on medium flame till they turn golden.
- If you want to make it with less oil, then you can grill it by applying light oil on a sandwich maker or tawa.
- Serve hot bread patties with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
